Before the launch of the platform to your wider community there are steps to ensure the app is set up and stakeholders are briefed. These will enable your app groups, pinboard and features to be created and group admins to be trained and energised. This will work alongside a comms plan, in-person workshops and an agreed launch date. This process typically takes 2-3 months to ensure a successful series of in-person Workshops and effective Comms Plan.

The project to set-up and launch the platform within your community is broken down into the following sections:
Contractual - Subscription terms, data management and invoicing
Branding, Images and Marketing - All imagery designed, print and shipment of marketing material and merchandise
Communications - Set-up of the email system and templates for all comms on email and social media
App Set-Up - Large numbers of regimental groups created in the app
Website - Web-app embedded in your regimental website, app support pages and redirect links
Training, Workshops and Launch - The project starts with an in-person 'Kick-Off' meeting, followed by a series on in-person and online training workshops for your stakeholders
